Withdrawal and refunds

In short: You can withdraw from your order for 14 days without giving a reason. Because your page is activated and handed over right after payment, you then get back the price of the online time for the remaining days – not the price of the activation. Your page is then deleted. This applies no matter which country you live in.
Who your contract is with: You concluded the purchase with our reseller Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited, London); the service comes from us, HP Capital GmbH. You can declare your withdrawal to us or to Paddle – both are valid.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (HP Capital GmbH, Mayrwiesstraße 11, 5300 Hallwang, Austria, email: hello@lovepages.app) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. You can also electronically fill in and submit the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement on our website https://lovepages.app/widerrufen. If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
What this means at lovepages: Your contract has two services, each with its own price: activation and handover of your finished page (€34) – fully performed as soon as your link is live and you can view and send your page – and the online time (€5 for 3 months, €10 for 6 months or €15 for 12 months). If you withdraw, we keep the price of the activation and the share of the online time up to your withdrawal; we pay back the rest via Paddle within 14 days. If you booked the add-on “remove the line”, it is delivered once the page is finished and likewise remains with us. This is how we calculate it: price of the online time × (booked days − days until your withdrawal) ÷ booked days. Example: 3 months of online time (91 days), online-time price €5, withdrawal on day three: €5 × 88 ÷ 91 = €4.84. Paddle carries out the refund because you paid via Paddle; we arrange it. As soon as the refund has been arranged, we delete your page immediately, including photos and details; it cannot be restored.
When the right of withdrawal ends: after 14 days.
After the 14 days, refunds on request are no longer available. Your rights if the page does not work remain (Terms of Use, section 10).
Chargeback: If you reclaim the payment through your bank or card provider, we also delete the page immediately. Withdrawing through us is the easier way.
