Customer pages
The individual lovepages (addresses under lovepages.app/s/…) are designed by our customers. The photos and details come from them. We operate the pages technically. We do not check photos in advance; texts are checked automatically before activation (Terms of Use, section 7.9). If a page bothers you: Report this page.
Dispute resolution
We are not obliged to take part in proceedings before a consumer arbitration body. If we cannot resolve a complaint ourselves, we will tell you whether we will take part in proceedings in that case. The bodies responsible would be the Austrian consumer conciliation body (Schlichtung für Verbrauchergeschäfte, www.verbraucherschlichtung.at) and, for online transactions, the Austrian internet ombudsman (Internet Ombudsstelle, www.ombudsstelle.at).
